2020 CEPCI Updates: October (prelim.) and Sept. (final)

The October increase continues a period of up-and-down fluctuations in the CEPCI values. The Equipment, Construction Labor and Buildings subindexes increased in October, while the Engineering & Supervision subindex fell slightly. The current CEPCI value now sits at 0.6% lower than the corresponding value from October of last year.
